San Jose Business Tax for Landlords - Measure G Rates

All wanted share with you new Business Tax Rates put in place by Measure G.  For those new to being a landlord in San Jose this is a requirement to obtain a Business Tax Number.  Had a nice talk with Dean about Measure G.  Notice the breakdown in cost per unit.  There's also an additional $1 charge that's not noted on here.  I forgot what Dean stated it was for, but something about an ADA fee.
