I'm working with a company that deals in a tax liens and is looking to get a policy for its pipeline of foreclosed properties.  The main concern is getting a $2-4M blanket liability policy in place to cover properties for slip and falls etc from the day the company takes possession through foreclosure  to when they are sold off.  Information on replacement insurance is welcome, but liability and fall etc is the main concern.   Any names / contacts at specific insurance companies would be appreciated.    Thanks in advance for your comments
