We went on the Disney Vacation Club tour and are considering buying into it since we do go to Disney in CA or FL at least once a year.However, I quickly started searching online for the option of buying a vacation rental property instead.

We almost always agree that I won't bother presenting any offer from someone who hasn't toured the property, anyone who wants seller financing, and anyone who comes in at less than X% of the amount my sellers ultimately want, as under no circumstances will they accept anything near those.
