So far I've only found one source http://investsnips.com/list-of-publicly-traded-man....I just got my real estate certificates and will be licensed soon.

Any ideas on how to access this public data such as an 3rd party vendors or direct just as the Listsource folks use to provide an equity % lists?  

If you want an extra layer of obscurity, get a trust so your name isn't tied to assets in public records.

So like setting up drip campaigns are very generic and in most cases seem odd to send to someone i met out in public or door knocking.
