Mobile Home Park REIT

The tides might be shifting as multifamily is overpriced and mobile home parks look like the next big thing. The price tag on aquiring parks is not for newbies. Has anyone purchased mobile home REIT? So far I've only found one source http://investsnips.com/list-of-publicly-traded-man....

I just got my real estate certificates and will be licensed soon. Any tips for a new agent getting involved with mobile home park investing? Thanks.

As far as I know, those are the only 3 publicly traded REITs for MHPs in the link you provided
