I saw and couple of those free seminar advertised on TV to buy and flip houses and decided to take a closer look.  

I've already read The Wall Street Journal and USA Today cover-to-cover and I really don't want to turn the TV on--it's mostly garbage.I have my own wheels.  

Hey guys & gals,My wife have been following this young couple and they have been making a name for themselves, coming out with books, tv interviews, etc.

I charge what local motels charge per week, but provide a house with a kitchen, washer/dryer, Smart TV, etc.The large industry could also be a university, hospital, shipyard, military base, etc.

Have some nice amenities like big screen TV, X Box, kegerator, etc and charge a premium.

I love time with family and friends, coffee, travel, tv/movie drama/crime/mysteries, and playing board and card games.

I work in tv and film but I’m also very interested in getting into real estate as a side hustle. 

An electric fireplace was added to the living room along with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
