Updated over 6 years ago,
how to write a proposal letter to distress owner in Chicago.
Hello Community,
My name is Reuben and very new to this. I wanted to start off with wholesaling as it does not require much capital on my my part. Ive been driving for dollars in my neighborhood and I've come across a few houses that are vacant and are not as well maintained the houses next to them. I have drafted a proposal to send the owner and would highly appreciate some constructive criticism. thank you for taking the time to read this and your help is greatly appreciated.
Dear Homeowner,
I wanted to reach out because I am interested in your property at XXXXXXX, and was wondering if you are looking to sell.
My Name is Reuben Chipoya and I live near your property. Currently I’m working on other projects in the neighborhood, which is how I noticed your vacant property. If you are willing to sell please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX, so I can tell you how I can increase your chances of selling your property AS-ISquickly with no hassles and most importantly, at a fair price. You will not incur any real estate commission cost or extra fees coming out of your pocket.
I’d be glad to personally tell you more about how we can work together. All calls are completely confidential and there is no obligation whatsoever. Even if you have made other arrangements, you should keep this letter with your important documents for future reference, since things in life have a tendency to change unexpectedly.
Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to speaking and working with you.
Sincerely,
