About 4 months ago I decided to stop living and accepting being broke.  I saw and couple of those free seminar advertised on TV to buy and flip houses and decided to take a closer look.  The first seminar was intriguing but the workshop was too expensive.  The second seminar was just as intriguing but the workshop was more affordable.  The three day workshop is this weekend.

Since the seminar I have been all over the Kansas City Metro looking for the right house to flip and being my first one I have been ultra cautious.  Well this last Sunday I found it.  I had a hard money lender lined up.  I had two private investors lined up.  I made the offer and it was accepted.  My main investor bought a house that very day to live in so that money was gone.  My second investor got scared and didn't like the idea that the house I found was "as is" and pulled out.  So I had to back out of the deal.

I am not going to give but damn this is hard.
