I recommend you talk to MANY mortgage BROKERS & small regional & community banks.

Hey @Ryan Chatterton I'm based in the capital region, and I think there are a lot of submarket in which are really strong as well as Saratoga county.

I know the region has lost some big name employers recently so I figure that could have something to do with it.Thanks!
