Hey guys! I’m veryyy new to real estate investing and I want to purchase my first home soon however I have only worked for almost a year and I believe you need to work for atleast 2 years in order to receive a loan ? And I have a few in savings. I’m hoping of getting a property in Charlotte North Carolina possibly mobile home to do minor renovations and then rent it out or sell. Can anyone provide me with some guidance? Thank you!

@Gilvina Stephanie I do not believe you need always need 2 years of employment to purchase a property.  I recommend you talk to MANY mortgage BROKERS & small regional & community banks.  Ask around who to talk to.  Although banks have similar guidelines they each lend a little different.  Ask LOTS of questions.  Remember you are not there begging for money, YOU are the customer and the mortgage broker does not get paid unless you close with their money!
