Good Websites for Property Analysis

Hello!

I am relatively new to real estate, and am mostly in the research phase right now. I'm learning about the different markets in my region (northeast New Jersey) and have been using the BP rental property calculator to analyze properties in different towns near me.

I know the data that I could collect from Zillow, Redfin, and other MLS-syndicated sites aren't always the most accurate. I was wondering if anyone had any websites or apps they liked when collecting data for different regions/towns, such as property tax info, rental averages, etc., which might be a bit more reliable and accurate. My hope to is be more confident in my numbers when I plug them into the BP calculators so I can know for sure when I have found a good deal.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!!
