Cash on Cash ROI for multiplexes in Indy
So I know it's different in different regions but for all of you house hackers out there what was the ROI (cash on cash) for the first year of your hack and why did you choose that specific property? I'm currently looking and I'm just not sure what percentage is a good one to pull the trigger. I'm looking at duplexes right now but I'm starting to think that 3-4 units is the better way to go. Any thoughts/suggestions?
