We both have a passion for helping people as well as solving problems and I believe this will be an asset to our journey to achieving wealth. 

The way I see it, there are two primary things I can bring to the table: I have a  very strong work ethic, and I am really passionate about investing.

What ended up happening was I saw the potential and realized I had a passion for REI I started looking for another rental that I could move into so that my first house could cash flow properly.  

There is also millions of people who are never heard of a self directed IRA or Solo 401(k) and my goal and passion is to educate those people.

Hello there BigpocketersMy name is Dineo and im very money hungry and i have a passion in property , i used to work for one of the major banks in South Africa Fnb , i have left them to pursue my dream in the property world now im a full time commission earner as a commercial Property broker , im planning on making more money in this profession to invest more into my own commercial investment property , so i figured that the best way was to become a broker learn the process and then make my way to becoming a full time commercial landlord .i have however experienced some difficulties in this and i would like some assistance from the more experienced commercial brokers our there. my first major question is 1.What are the best ways of getting goof lease expiry  from your prospects(how and what is the best way to canvas for clients).2. what methods or tools would be advised .you response will be highly appreciated

During undergrad I was a biology major with plans of going to medical school, but about half way through my junior year I looked around and realized that I wasn't as passionate about science and a future in medicine as all of my other classmates.
