@Chris D.

"Chris, what exactly do you do for a person?"  I am an agent (commonly referred to as broker) with Coldwell Banker and I specialize in working with investors that buy apartments.  My passion and goal is to help people get deals done (especially new investors).  I do this by providing as much value as I can here, sharing my content, resources, answering questions via phone, text or email and educating and supporting people the best I can, in regards to buying apartments.

The biggest things I do for people are:

1. bring investors to the table.

2. assist with underwriting and analysis of deals

3. assist with making appropriate offers

4. teach people how to speak to brokers, so they send you deals

5. help people avoid the pitfalls of the business

"Do you locate? or just educate what to do before , after then during ownership?"  I do help locate (in a general sense), as most people that I talk to, have no idea where to begin as far as markets.

I don't go out and get deals for people... I teach people how to fish themselves.

 The majority of what I do is education before an acquisition, as this is where I am seeing the most help is needed, but I could definitely assist with the other stages of the game.
