I anticipate that it may be impractical to prevent expenses from commingling on that one.I also find that, over the course of the year, I incur business expenses that are not related to any particular owned property.

So to prevent this in the future and help others, any flags you should've noticed on the application to catch these guys before you took their money?

I can only think there has been an update in the local MLS which prevents the data from being pulled into the online portals.  

Are there local or regional things going on right now that are preventing you from finding and completing deals?  

It would prevent you from selling them one by one and having to rehab the properties to retail condition.

The measure prevents landlords (like you and me) from evicting tenants who pay at least 25% of their rent through June and attest that they face financial hardship because of COVID-19 and its effect on the economy.

I agree that self limiting beliefs are probably the number one reason that prevent people from taking action in all areas of their lives.
