MLS Portals Not Showing Sell Prices

Anyone know why the MLS portals (i.e. Zillow) are not showing sale prices for recently closed homes in certain markets? I first saw this in Louisiana at the start of the year but now seems like Texas is doing it, however, Oklahoma and Arkansas still display the final price. See Screen shot of Dallas.

Zillow is now a licensed broker in Louisiana and many other states as well, so that may have something to do with it.
