For Wholesalers/Flippers: What Are Your Biggest Obstacles?

This is a very general topic, but I'm curious to find out what you are facing when it comes to flipping and wholesaling your deals.  For example, are you using SMS to find new sellers, and if so, what issues are you facing when trying to get a response or get in touch with them (just an example - I'm looking for what you are experiencing now).  If you use RVM, what are you seeing as the issues with that?

Are there local regulations stopping you?  Not enough resources in a particular area?  Too many wholesalers out there?  Technology not working right?  Trying to find the right platform but haven't yet?

What about the legal scene?  Are there local or regional things going on right now that are preventing you from finding and completing deals?

I am looking to find the hot topics right now in the investing space that I can research and report back on through articles.
