I have since determined that the partnership works extremely well and together we are far stronger.  

I'm happy with the deal I've negotiated but feeling reluctant to pull the trigger on this one.

Glad you weren’t hurt or didn’t hurt someone else but to be honest you could have done more to make sure no one was seriously hurt in the moment... someone could have seriously been hurt with minutes ticking.First thing’s first don’t know how you’re unloading your weapon but your finger should be no where near the trigger when unloading.

How else are you tracking each partner's outside basis in their respective partnership interest and the partnership's inside basis in its assets?

I've listened to tons of podcasts, know my market, and am finally mentally ready to pull the trigger.

I know how it feels to overanalyze and feel like you’re spinning your wheels – it’s very easy to get caught up in the details and not pull the trigger.

The syndication would be a partnership between me, the general partner, and however many limited partners I end up with. 

Hello BP Community,Anytime I am analyzing a potential investment property, the 1% rule lingers in the back of my mind and makes me hesitant about pulling the trigger on a deal.
