Hi,I’m new to real estate investing and wondering if there are any meetups happening here.

I have been in discussions with someone that specializes in SEO and lead generation for real estate investors, vetted him through references, and he seems to be as advertised.

Everyone can do market analytics, even realtor, I may not really need them, but the contractor is the key in real estate flipping business. 

I’ve been in the real estate business for almost three years now and have completed five deals: one buy-and-hold long-term rental, one short-term rental, and three fix-and-flip projects, for which I helped raise capital.

I started my real estate investing journey earlier this year by buying an out of state property in Detroit Michigan with the goal to fix and flip as a turnkey.

I'm looking for real estate developers to partner up with.I'm with Mini·O (mini-o.com), we sell backyard studios: from mini offices (96 sq ft) to tiny homes (300 sq ft).

I am hoping to connect with both investors as well as Real Estate agents in this area to understand the market better ( I have lived elsewhere for the past 10 years) as well as what areas may make most sense and with what strategy. 

It sounds like you and your husband have a great start with your Airbnb venture in California, but it’s understandable to feel stuck with so many options in real estate investing.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
