Aloha, BiggerPockets community!

I’ve been in the real estate business for almost three years now and have completed five deals: one buy-and-hold long-term rental, one short-term rental, and three fix-and-flip projects, for which I helped raise capital. Currently, I live in Hawaii, house hacking my own property, and am looking to expand into out-of-state long-term rentals.

My goals now are to master the art of wholesaling, continue raising private money, and build a strong portfolio of long-term rentals. However, I’ve often felt alone in this journey—especially when making big moves—and that’s what brought me to this incredible forum. I’m here to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals who can help guide me along the way.

I’ve been fortunate to build great networks so far, but I know there’s so much more to discover in the beautiful world of real estate. I’m excited to engage with this community, share my experiences, and learn from all of you. Let’s grow together!
