Hello everyone, I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for while and now its time to surround myself like minded individuals! Me and my husband have done a little bit of AIRBNB with our property here in CA, but now it just feels like we are stuck. There are so many different ways to invest in real estate, but how do you know which route to take?

Welcome to San Diego!

Start with your goals.

What are you looking to accomplish?

When would you like to accomplish it by?

Where do you ideally want to live/invest?

What is risk tolerance?

How much do you have to invest and what returns are you expecting to see?

Do you want to actively manage? STR, Mid-term, long term, house hack, etc.?
