Hi BP Community,I am going to see a few properties in Ocean Village, 2400 S Ocean Dr, Hutchinson Island, FL  and was wondering if anyone in the community had experience owning properties here and/ or if anyone could suggest a complex that is suitable to invest in for vacation rentals.  

I'm opening it up for new investors to come to the property (Ocean County, New Jersey) to ask questions and learn. 

It is unlikely that you have 20A wire and they put in a 15A breaker.Reason.. thicker wire is harder to work with (does not bend easily..) and makes installation of those blue boxes for outlets more difficult.

Its in a smaller city and needs some work, but structurally sound and in a good blue collar neighborhood.
