I've been interested in investing and taking the leap into real estate for years and now it's my time. I'm going to have the funds possible buy a cash flow property or to start or fund my own flip. Does anyone have experience in the KC area? Suggestions on good areas to look? Pointers for my first time choosing which way to invest?
