Hello,

If you are interested in Flipping Homes I have a flip that I just closed on!  I'm opening it up for new investors to come to the property (Ocean County, New Jersey) to ask questions and learn.  If any of you are interested in walking through a flip that hasn't been touched yet please feel free to reach out.
