Hi BP Community,

I am going to see a few properties in Ocean Village, 2400 S Ocean Dr, Hutchinson Island, FL  and was wondering if anyone in the community had experience owning properties here and/ or if anyone could suggest a complex that is suitable to invest in for vacation rentals.  What are some of the considerations that I should be paying attention to?
