I was just wondering if anyone heard about Tai lopez and his real estate investing program, do you guys think its worth purchasing?

I’m 48, successful by most standards in business and own 7 figure real estate portfolio. I took Tai’s 67steps program and really enjoyed it. Like he says your charged $67 month if you finish course on time day 67 you can simply stop payment. I did, they stopped charging. I’ve since purchased 1 other course and pre ordered his book. The 2nd was outstanding as well. I read a lot and consume ridiculous amount of content on mind set, real estate investing, stock market, trading, motivation, etc. I listen all the well respected big names and Tais work is just as solid, if not better than most. 

I’ve paid $100s for college classes I cant remember the material. Tai’s information is teaching people to simply read books. Investigate and pattern thier behavior of what he calls mentors. He uses cars and hot girls to grab the attention of 16 -20 year old male. I only wish I’d had access to Tai’s teachings when I was 16. I try get my son (who trying make living online). 

He’s teaching young people to read, find mentors, start a business, invest. How is this a scam? The context material is solid. 

His scam is getting you pay him, to recap 100 best books on the principles for living, saving, marketing, entrepreneurship. That’s a scam? Are you serious? It’s freaking discount. 

He brings in experts and interviews them and has interesting conversations.  you get to listen in for free on his YouTube and podcast, instagram etc. Hes literally telling your kids (younger adults) to read books, invest thier money, start a business, study, and that’s a scam? Are you nuts? Who cares if he rented the cars or house.

I follow him daily on instagram if he’s renting things, he still renting them, which means he has the money to rent a mansion, and Lamborghini for last 4-5 years. That’s bigger pockets then most of us on here. 

His real estate course is solid information even though I learned very little. knew everything. But I’m 48 , investing for last 20 yrs. I still enjoyed it, reminded me of few things I’d forgot. Well worth the money. 

And I might add it took me decade figure out stuff he telling people in videos that you can watch on your own schedule and shave years off your learning curve. His audience isn’t hanging out on biggerbockets or Facebook. It’s young men, thier on YouTube, Snapchat, instagram. 

His “here my garage” has become a living murder advertising meme. Made history, few of us did. That’s genius. You make a video with your iPhone in a garage and it seen 100s millions times, produces 100+ million in revenue and purpose of video to get people to read and self improve by having mentors. How can changing people then teaching them about books be a scam? Politicians are paid $25-100k per speech for 1 talk. You will learn nothing of value or anything that actually would improve your life.

If you buy a course from Tai he gives you bonus materials/content. His team had master mind call/video for 1 hour, I think was weekly. It’s good material. A sales trainer, or real estate person, a trainer of some sort.  

If you enjoy his course yes he will come at you for addition courses he offers. He also sends emails that have decent to good content worth a quick read if you like reading his type material. 

I’m just sick people picking on the guy for being over top in his videos. Who cares if he owns or rents the houses or cars. He lives in one and he drives them. How? I don’t know. I assume same way I drive my bad *** 2001 dodge 1500. Who cares. It’s cool cars and hot chicks, if that’s a scam lock me up. If my teachers been more like him I’d gotten rich lot sooner!
