You need to fill out an application and provide a lengthy documentation process explaining what your intent is, how that intent aligns with the Denver's Comprehensive Plan, Blueprint Denver, and Housing an Inclusive Denver.

Not that you’d hire them (warranty coverage and such), but as backup that everyone is well, backed up.

So, I would look for (monthly rent x12) as my number.Regarding dwelling, it seems strange to have $200K of dwelling coverage on a $100K property where the building itself is likely only worth $80K.

I have spent a good amount of time in AK over the years but I am an out of stater and don't have a fully comprehensive understanding of the market, so keep that in mind.
