Anchorage real estate market
Interested in the anchorage or Wasilla/Palmer real estate market. Does anyone have any opinions or insight on the future of these markets? I am currently located on the peninsula and am considering a house hack in these areas.

Mt View isnt bad, that's where I got started. But you need to keep an eye on your property there. I wouldnt reccomend it for long distance unless you have a really good PM, and most really good PMs probably wouldnt take it TBH. If you owner occupy and will be keeping an eye on it though it's a good place to start for cash flow, if that's what you need.
