I found this business model and decided I would like to give it a shot, I have been watching YouTube videos of gurus and heard some podcast but I still find myself lost without a step by step guideline to actually find a deal, get a contract and close.

YouTube is probably a better bet but again, takes consistency and the willingness to get on video, that second part rules out a ton of people right off the bat.
