Starting out with brrrr
Hello everyone, my name is Anthony Aleruchi and I am a hardworking 24 year old soon to be graduate from Clemson University. I am writing this because I want to start a career in real estate using the Brrrr method. I have been learning as much as I can and I'm a little confused on the buying aspect of Brrrr. I am lost on the steps for a hard money lender, from when to get an inspection, appraisal, ARV, and getting under contract. I do not have any experience in real estate, however I willing to learn and do whatever it takes to succeed. I learn best by doing and would love a chance to work under someone or with someone to gain knowledge and experience. If anyone can help me with my confusion I would greatly appreciate it. I'm excited to get to know as many of you as I can and becoming a part of the BiggerPockets team, thank you.
