Newbie in Wholesaling

Hello everyone,

Recently, I've come across this idea of wholesaling. Never heard of it, and from coming from my father who has been in realty for awhile says don't even bother.

I'm looking for ways to have more than one income to jumpstart my life and put me into a financially stable condition in the next 3-5 years. I've seen people wholesaling houses for ridiculous profit and that makes me intrigued but I am still not buying it.

I've been doing a lot of research and really want to get started and very goal oriented individual to keep researching the steps it takes to find a worn out house, get under contract, and find a legit buyer.

If anyone has any advice for someone just getting started in this field would be much appreciated and taken into consideration when I finally get started.

I am also a little hesitant to start with Covid going on right now and I am worried we could be facing a housing market crash.

Let me know some of your guys experiences and advice! I'd love to hear.

Thank you all,

Sean
