I have buy-and-hold out-of-state, but plotting purchasing small multi in Westchester, so will definitely keep you in mind with your construction knowledge!

Small multifamily homes in small towns have problematic tenants and don't cash flow super well-eventually the combination of these two things wear down landlords.  

So we want to pay them off quickly.We want to buy one property a year for the next 15 years (hopefully some small multifamily soon) with a 15 year loan and our saved money as a down payment.

I approached a larger branch bank chain, would i have better luck at a small credit union or a mom and pop bank?

Should be easy to grab an outside table with a small group and we can then talk about creating a meetup and the next steps.  

Greenville NC and Wilmington NC, both small cities with decent job markets, would be your best bets. 

I have to replace a concrete porch and a small section of driveway for a Garden City house.

Hello,I need the following work done to my house, which is located Intown, to get it rent ready:- New roof installed- Tree cut down, basic landscaping and exterior fence repaired or replaced- Rent ready finishes - new kitchen cabinets, new doors, fresh paint, refinished hardwood floorsThis might be too small for a GC that is used to larger projects, but the roof is something that I would assume I should not be leaving to most handymen.
