I live in Buda and recently closed on a new home in Garlic Creek while renting my other in Downtown Buda.  I'm looking to meet with people in the Buda area who want to discuss real estate or even better would be an experienced mentor.  I'm 28 and only have 2 properties but am eager to learn and meet new people.  It seems all the meetups are in North Austin so any help for this general area would be appreciated.
