Hi Greg,I just want to reiterate what Marcus and Nicholas have said.If you are really interested in getting into RE investing and small multifamily then you don't need a course or mentor.

@Keith Mintz Will you be running the house or leasing to a company that does sober living.

Lets you see if your amazing loan officer was a barista just 6 months ago  ;)Last, consider working with a broker instead of a small lender.

Assuming these are for short-term loans, such as for flips, @Keith Groshans, you could do what we do and let the borrower keep the money and pay everything when they sell the property.
