Why worry about future equity, when you can get present day cash?

I recently found a wholesaler who presented a sub to wrap around through a Facebook page in my home town-which is what I prefer due to the proximity to my primary residence.

You may spend thousands of non-refundable dollars to present them with deals, but there is no guarantee of approval.

The problem is that single-member LLC's (husband and wife members are considered as only one member) do NOT give you Charging Order Protection unless you form the LLC in WY, NV, DE (and maybe 1 or 2 other states).

I want to present myself as the property manager rather than the owner.

But, if you presented this approach in any place devoted to helping you make sales, it would be flat out rejected.

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

First thought was the two girls went downstairs to get into their Santa presents and could not find normal music that late at night.
