Hey guys, Does anyone work with Investors Edge Lending or have any general info on them?

    They changed their name, @Abner Kauffman. If you search here for Do Hard Money, their previous name, you'll get a thousand hits.

    The consensus reads mostly negative to mixed at best. They promise 100% financing, but their lending criteria are incredibly restrictive. You may spend thousands of non-refundable dollars to present them with deals, but there is no guarantee of approval. In fact, from what you’ll read, it seems few deals ever qualify. This creates a risk-free profit center for them, but no one here is a fan of the upfront fees.

    On the positive side, I believe their website is one of the best I’ve seen for a lender. It's well-designed, easy to navigate, and contains a wealth of useful information.
