My journey in real estate started 2 years ago, after my father handed me Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."

I was checking reviews for the Rich Dad seminars and found so much free content here I never again considered going into $30,000 of debt to learn it.

Not looking to make it rich but to balance my gift of design and my passion of the process of all of this from start to finish. as I'm a Jane of all trades. 

I wanted to see if anyone has thoughts and/or experiences with Clever Investor mentoring programs versus Rich Dad Mentoring program.  

Again, be honest.Be extraordinary in a sea of no barrier to entry greedy graduates of the latest get rich quick seminar that sums up your 'industry'.  

Make sure they know they are paying more when paying by week so they don't think they get a month free at the end. 2) Do you want to be right or rich.

If I did not get a chance to travel extensively ( writing this from Singapore and in Thailand next week) like I do I would have been out of here long ago.. granted 3 months of summer is nice the rest well it just sucks.. but thats a Californian view point..

I don't expect REI to be a get-rich-quick miracle, but every one has to start somewhere!

Remember real estate is a get rich slow business do not think you need to make millions on your first deal.
