Hello Bp,

I'm a new wholesaler. I was writing you guys because i didn't want to be a wholesaler who THOUGHT he had a deal. Can anyone teach me how to find deals? I want to know how should i determine the price the wholesaler pay, the price the buyer pay, and the rehab cost.
