Greetings from Florida!

I'm new to the site and with the idea of real estate investing in general. I just completed my profile and am ready to start getting familiar with BiggerPockets as I've only been watching podcasts uploaded to Youtube. As a youngster and a recent high school graduate, I look forward to reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI.

Glad to meet you all and any advice about navigating around and using BiggerPockets to the best of my advantage for my education of starting my real estate investing career would be much appreciated, especially for investing with little money to begin with as I have nothing in personal savings currently. My income should be obvious from my job title above. I don't expect REI to be a get-rich-quick miracle, but every one has to start somewhere!

Hey @Account Closed Welcome to BP (short version of  Bigger Pockets). Personally, I would say Learn Creative Financing In and out, it teaches you how to work the system with very little money, Also I would say make you tube your friend, you might not understand everything as your watching it but you can replay it 100 times until you get it. There are TONS of learning resources about real estate videos. Lastly, Don't give up, If you just cant wrap your head around something Find someone who mastered it and ask them to break it down for you. Sometimes we just need it in small chunks.
