Hello all!

My name is Daniel Krotz and I'm a 21 year old from Annapolis, MD.  My journey in real estate started 2 years ago, after my father handed me Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." At the time, I was a full-time student at Stevenson University, overpaying for an education. I can honestly say that it was that book that inspired me to seek a career of cash flow. Even though I was doing extremely well in school, I took my chances and dropped out. I believe that there are endless opportunities out there for those who do their diligence, get creative, and never give up.

I am currently a licensed realtor in Maryland, and work 2 part-time jobs. One being for a distressed residential wholesaler and flipper, and the other for a commercial real estate broker and developer. I really am getting the best of both worlds. For the residential wholesaler, I work on selling his wholesale deals and interacting with potential investors/buyers. As for the commercial broker and developer, I've been hired to do some marketing via cold calls. I'm currently closing in on my first commercial lease!

My overall goal is to own many investment properties, particularly multi-family units or apartment complexes. I think I my first investment will be a live-in flip while possibly renting a bedroom to a friend. I'm always looking for mentors and others alike to collaborate with!
