It's clear that he is dealing with some sort of emotional instability, as he sort of began ranting and raving at me about things that had nothing to do with me or my feedback, and other crazy stuff like making things up that didn't happen that I would obviously know weren't true.There are 2 reasons this is upsetting: 1) He knows it will cost me to fire him.
