I can take it a step further, for example, look at only 3/2's with 1,500 - 1,700 sqft that has rented in the last year.I can export all this information in a spreadsheet which can be fun to play with.

For multi's I find it cumbersome and unnecessary to go down another level to individual units.Then you can customize reports in Quickbooks, and then these reports can be exported to Excel.

This is the progression of what I've used in the past, up to what I'm using now.Google calendar -> search at the end of the year for keywords -> enter into Excel sheet -> to CPAQuicken (desktop) -> Mileage Tracker (Ok. but no advantage over Excel)TrackURMiles (Android)->Export to Excel occasionally)->to CPAI'm currently using TrackURMiles to try it out.
