Can I download a Txt message thread?

I am having problems with a contractor and I need to get a full copy of our txt discussion.  Does anyone know of software or a way that I can download the txt thread?

on the iPhone:

open the TXT thread,

double tap any comment; balloons {copy, More} tap More

a circle appears to the left of every comment in the thread

touch each circle you want to document

bottom right there's an arrow going off page to the right

enter the email address for yourself :)
