I have a list...now what?
So I purchased a small list of absentee owners in a city of interest. I exported the list to Excel and started narrowing it down even further to a manageable size for my first time. Now what? Should I start handwriting letters and then bring them all of the post office? Is there an online service I can input my data into and they'll write and send letters for me?
Searching the MLS and other conventional means haven't brought anything so I figure it's time another method.
