New Agent! Best User friendly CRM for Database Management

Hi Im a New Agent

Been looking into some CRM Managements for Real Estate Agents

There are sooooo many

Which ones are the Best, Cost effective, User friendly, and Integrate California MLS and other integrations and offer simple export import of Contacts Emails etc with GMail AOL etc

Also looking for a tool to easily upload business cards as i get a ton of them a day to the database

Maybe a Iphone app that works with 1 of these CRMS or something that scans or snaps a photo of it and converts it into the database automatically?

Ive seen a few but wondering everyones experience and why you would suggest a certain CRM over the other

Thanks fellow BP colleagues in advance
