The ball was eventually fumbled around to me due to the plethora of uncoordinated music majors and my question read:What is your dream job? 

I have been reading the blogs and forum topics nonstop since I found this site and figured it was time to introduce myself.I am 29 and work for a large financial regulator.I live in Arlington (Clarendon) and want to get into flipping.I have always had a passion for real estate/ design and looking to turn that dream in to a reality.Where I’m located is very expensive so I am not sure if I should look out of state or stay with the DC area.I'm looking to network, build relationships with other investors in the area to grow my REI knowledge base.  

I think it's pretty awesome to see people not just have a dream, but live action towards accomplishing it.  

If you are determined and creative you will find a way to achieve your dreams.

I had a dream 8 years ago to get a flat and have it rented out and have someone else paying down my mortgage and with whats happened with the Auckland market and currency im kicking myself that i didn't!

I know we all have the same dream of living off passive income, but appreciation can get you there much quicker. 

I hope to meet the right people to make my dreams and passion a reality!

I have dreams of building nations - I feel now is my time.
