Motivated young professional in Berkley/Southfield

Before graduating college, I knew my place was in the field of real estate.  starting my freshman year i starting watching the foreclosure market in Southfield and Farming Hills.  Then in 2009, my sophomore year of college, I bought my first house in Southfield; nothing too special but it was mine.  I graduated with a bachelors of architecture and a couple years later stumbled across the property management position I now hold and have learned so much on the professional side of commercial properties.

In the mean time, I was able to take the proceeds from my first home and buy 2 more...And now a couple years later I have mortgages on two more with help from the rental income from the other houses.  In short that about leads to where I am now; looking for investors and hard money lenders to expand my personal portfolio and flip houses.  The issue I have found so far is that most hard money lenders have 80K+ minimums.  For example, I outright own a house with a market value of about 55-60K,  I am actively looking to get this refinanced asap so that I can reuses those funds to reinvest in flipping houses.  I hope to meet the right people to make my dreams and passion a reality!
