Hello Everyone,I’m a 49 year old Information Technology analyst with a relatively secure public sector state government job.

It seems the training is more extensive, this particular office is nicer, I prefer their splits and believe their systems/technology appear superior to HER.

What would you price your rental if you were offering the exact same area but a brand new home, with new stainless steel appliances, vinyl or laminate and new technology like usb outlets, ring door bell/nest thermostat

If only we could figure out how to do it as a webinar or whatever it's called where people could speak up as on a conference call, I know nothing about that as I admit being technologically deficient!

I'm an Information Technology professional.  

From someone that's been in the business for a long time, technology and efficiency will be your biggest asset.  

There are things that should keep updated for sure, such as regulations, technology, trend in development so you can grasp where the industry is going.At the end, I think The Millionaire Real Estate is a must read.
