Rental price mark up on new homes
What’s your usual mark up on rent if the home is new?
Let’s say everywhere is asking 1900-2100 for rent but all have carpet and old fixtures.
What would you price your rental if you were offering the exact same area but a brand new home, with new stainless steel appliances, vinyl or laminate and new technology like usb outlets, ring door bell/nest thermostat
