Hey all,

We're a newly started property management, buy and sell company and we're trying to market our business to spread the word and raise awareness.

What would be the best place to start with which has the best result and requires the lowest price? we already have social media pages like Facebook or Instagram and even a website. would printing ads be the best option to start with? If so how could we design those ads and how could we make it more interesting to notice? any type of advertising and marketing advice is appreciated :)

First letter is a letter of introduction, and what you do. and add We are looking at adding X # of units to manage this year or month. This is what we feel we can handle but once we meet our # we will not be taking new investors. I sent this out to existing clients as well and they referred the **** out of me

Second letter is that you specialize on out of town investors and what you do for them.

Third letter some sort of success story and what set you apart from the market.

Forth is a case study of a typical property that you manage or want to manage.

Fifth List everything that you do. and fees associated with a typical property. (so in there mind they can rate shop) altho i dont like rate shopping people do it and that will automatically compare your fees to there PM.

sixth some how do and what you do in certain areas.

I never sent all the other letters out. Had to many new clients. Also put a different quote or two on each property that is from an existing client that love what you do for them.

We don't take on every property. Make sure it fits your criteria and you like the owners. And if you have one that you don't like but manage some time its worth dropping same goes for the investor/client. We only handle ABC property in south st louis. and we only take on A,B investor/clients that are ethical. It feels good to have enough income so you dont have to deal with crappy property and people.
